I have a few issues.

For one im waiting on the mount kit (brian where are you :wink: )

Secondly, i got a swap from the local wrecking yard and they gave me the changeover wiring harness and ECU.

They didnt give me a key, or the matching immobilizer. I went back and they didnt have any of they above left over.

I know that on 01 P73's u can pull out the immo board. And you can run it in a 00 Si (after changing the fuel pump wires). Is this possible to do with the PRB?

The other issue is that i didnt get the "e plug" that my friend mentioned to me. Anyone have a picture or a link to this?

I know theres more, but thats all i can think of for now, anyone have something to add that i might be missing?

your not sending out the core for a k-pro? that would take care of your immobilizer issues.

runnin a k-pro would be one of your answers..also gettin a prc which is a k20a(stock type r dc5) ecu which doesnt have an immo... also for the e-plug you wont need it if you buy a plug and play wire harness...when i got mine it was on there already and was truly a plug and play (got it at rcrewracing.com) k-pro is worth it all the way....made so much of a diffrence without tuning..... hope that helps and g luck with the swap!

i wish i had the extra money for K pro or the PRC, but im already up to my knees with the purchase of the swap thats why i was asking for an easy way out

as for wiring im going to wing it and re-wire the WHOLE car with a RSX harness, its only a CRX so i wouldnt think it would be that hard, i did my daily driver CRX pretty fast, this one should be a bit longer...

how much is the K pro service??

to be honest i dont know whats a good deal, i was about to buy one at HMO last time i was there for 200(which i would assume would be cheap?), because i always buy stuff from steve, i didnt take it because i didnt think i was going to use it and becasue i already had a 4k tab with the stuff i already had...

as for the motor its going to be a type-s motor with a R TB/manifold and R cams/valve train.

and in the spring im going to add on a k24 block that needs to be rebuilt that i have laying around...

thats awsome the k-pro has a fuel map for that setup you just said...k20a2 with itr top end..... thats the one im using and is awsome untuned...
