what's LMA?
Lost motion assembly. keeps pressure on the vtec rocker when vtec is not engaged. they are like $6 each from the dealer.
Unfortunately you cant buy K-Series LMAs separately from the dealer, unless you have a part # I cant find.
yes you can. i used to work at honda dealer and bought some of the updated b-series lma's. i'll get you the part # in a few.

think i may have like 2 good ones, you can buy em @ hondapartsunlimited.com i think i paid about 6 bux a piece from there.

and if you dont mind, why do you need new LMAs? a friend of mine somehow bent his a while back and im curious to see if that's what happend to you ?
LMA's usually fail due to some kind of camshaft or rocker arm/valvetrain failure, or just from being abused, but not common. They are still springs and loose tension over time, so just to be safe on a race motor it's a good idea to spend a few dollars extra on new parts so you know they older one won't have problems.

Yea, the B-series LMA's are expensive compared to the K LMA's. I purchased a set of the spring-types for my GSR awhile back, used them for 2000 miles and switched back to GSR cams from Pro2's so I didn't need them anymore. Still have them here waiting for someone to need them so I can get some money back on them.
