Unfortunately you cant buy K-Series LMAs separately from the dealer, unless you have a part # I cant find.Lost motion assembly. keeps pressure on the vtec rocker when vtec is not engaged. they are like $6 each from the dealer.

It works, that is what I ordered when I rebuilt my head. Luckily K series LMAs aren't as expensive as B series counterparts. If that works...your the mutha fricken man![]()
LMA's usually fail due to some kind of camshaft or rocker arm/valvetrain failure, or just from being abused, but not common. They are still springs and loose tension over time, so just to be safe on a race motor it's a good idea to spend a few dollars extra on new parts so you know they older one won't have problems.think i may have like 2 good ones, you can buy em @ hondapartsunlimited.com i think i paid about 6 bux a piece from there.
and if you dont mind, why do you need new LMAs? a friend of mine somehow bent his a while back and im curious to see if that's what happend to you ?
