i am currently working on a k24a2 motor with a K20A2 trans swap into a 98 sedan.. right now the car is in the body shop getting re painted.

the previous owners were running a B series.. after the trans blew it sat for a while..then i bought it... here it is in my driveway. bought just the shell

i decided to gut it just for the hell of it...

and then she left for the body shop...

thanks.. im not a sedan fan either.. but i got the shell in VERY GOOD condition for 800... and i figured everyone has a hatch or a coupe.. so time to do something a little different.. y not mess with a sedan!!!

Im thinking of picking up EP3 seats with EK rails on Friday. just to hold me over until i decide on some real seats... cons?? pros?? are they more comfortable than stock EK seats? i hate the EK seats..

im building the car currently for shows and meets and just messing around with.. when i take the motor out to turbo build in like a year or 2 after i finally get around to installing the motor once it comes back from the body shop ill do the EKK2 setup. from what i understand its only better axle placement and the ability to make the motor sit lower... i have a k24a2 with the stock oil pan.. so i dont need the motor to sit any lower than it will once i instal...

rick, the ekk2 aren't going to make the motor sit lower

it actually positions it better than the ekk1's. only way that motor is sitting low is if you're tucking tire :silly:

ooo... for some reason i thought you could make your motor sit higher or lower.... because of the 2 holes to choose from in the mounts.. anyway.. im not gonna look into that until i start my turbo build..

and what do you wanna see from the part goods? all the madness of the swap? lol...
