lol bun a spliff in di mean time soon come :blazed:

Outstanding!! In a JDM mad internet world it's refreshing to see the more practical UKDM accessories being utilized for this build. Actually it's the best of both JDM & UKDM parts.
I was always under the impression that the fog lights were already built into the EDM taillight cluster. A two filament bulb that directs the more powerful filament to activate when the "Fog Switch" is selected.
You and the rest of your crew do incredible work. I can't wait to see the first fire-up video as well as the interior when you are finished.
Those brakes look pretty rare.:up:
What is the ID on the exhaust tubing?
Thanks dude, I appreciate the kind words... I think you may be confusing the dc2 edm tailights w/ the em1 edm tailights those have a built in fog..

Just read through your build. Awesome man, quality parts there.
Thanks for the support man I appreciate the kind words.

Absolutely sick!!!!!!

I had checked this out a few months back and wow, what amazing updates. I have sent you a pm about OEM fuel parts. What is the large hard line that runs with the OEM fuel feed and return line? Do people just remove this normally? I removed mine the other day but it connects to the tank via a soft line.... So does this need to be plugged? There's also a sensor/valve of some sort near the fuel tank. I have never seen any of this before on obd1 cars so I was wondering if it's evap or some obd2 emissions junk I can simply delete.
Small update in the mean time between time..

DC5 type R brake ducts, I will customize some brackets shortly to mount them..
Say bye , bye to the foglights , The spots will become ports for air flow to the custom intake and brake ducts which will neatly sit behind the fender liners.. stay tuned for progress..

Also stay tuned to see whats inside this huge box I received through customs..
Really want to see the brake ducts when done!

Thanks man , I appreciate the kind words.. yes, thats all part of the evap system , which is usually eliminated when doing a k swap etc. Im not sure if you should cap it, that line releases excess fumes from the gas tank then goes into the charcoal canister and back into the short hard lines on the passenger side connected to the canister and whatever fumes are left goes out those lines and i would guess gets blown out towards the back of the car with the wind travel.(sorry just trying to explain how i believe it works) its not usually a good idea to trap the flow of gas...It maybe a bit much but i plan on running a line (neatly across the cross member out of site) connecting driverside hard line to the passengerside hard line so whatever fumes are left if not evaporated will travel with the wind out towards the back of the car. I believe some people just cut it or put a filter on it but i believe the excess fumes may travel into the bay and possibly into the car leaving a smell of fuel in the cabin..Thats how im eliminating it but im not planning on going thru emissions , hope i was helpful , feel free to pm me.

Cool. im pretty much running them like this w/ custom brackets but upside down so they're directly in the path of the air hole but not directly connected so the air flow can also reach my cold air intake velocity stack from the Mugen air box which will also be under the fender liner along with the ducts (multi-purpose) and as you can see a hole which will be neatly cut into the fender liner to allow air passage to the brakes in which the active gate rotors/bbk will also assist in cooling them down to help prevent malfunction.

Here is what it looks like from factory on the Dc5 R.

^^ thanks for the response!!

And ironically I was looking at those dc5r brake ducts just a few days ago myself lol. Great minds must think alike :) , I may get some and use them for routing air to something other than the brakes though
