Hell yeah, I am glad someone is going this route. I was looking at the AFI kit too, cant wait to see more on this. You said the front end wasnt going to work because of the brake booster hose? Shoot me a pm if you want to get rid of it...

I was gonna get a pedal set like the tilton if i go turbo, something with the slave on the pedal assymbly, get rid of the brake booster/mc, and the clutch cable

I cant see the xcessive intake manifold pics on here, but the PeakBoost fit has a similar design from what I can gather. Looks like all they did was cut the TB off and weld the hole shut, then weld the TB to the bottom. The pics are in the Fit section

How much different were the F20C and K20 manifolds? Maybe one can be fabbed out of that...I am going to look for different aftermarket F20C mani's, maybe there is one with shorter runners.

That pic of the S2000 motor in the EK is from a while back...I wonder if I should just do a head swap with that, I think there is a spare one laying around the shop...

k20a2. I put a 39" belt and a BDL pulley and it was tight to get on. once i got it on. it was perfect. no spacers/washers or anything.

I used a 39" belt and AEM pulley, same thing as^^^.
I think the 40" will be fine with the washers. Both work:up:

You bought the Omni suspension for the DC, and you have DC hubs/spindles on it now?
I have all DA parts on mine w/EG LCA in the rear and mine is fine...

The brakes are the same size.

hmmm, that is weird, I thought all of them pointed towards the timing chain, numbered consectively. Was the motor touched before? Might want to pull it apart and recheck all of the torque specs, just in case.
