If the harness is a tuck harness to replace a stock RSX harness then the pinouts would be the same on the ECU side. Find out what cavity on the ECU side your alternator wires run to. So, you would use a meter to verify continuity from B10 to pin 3 at the alternator, B13 to pin 4, and B18 to pin 2. Wire color doesn't matter at that point.
If your tuck harness isn't for an RSX then tell us what it's for as the pinouts might be different.
