I was wondering if i get the s tech tein lowering springs which only lowers my car 1.4 in the front and 1.3 in the rear will i need a camber kit????

I know i don't necessarily need a camber kit I guess i should of worded my question better. How much would a 1.4 inch drop affect my camber???

I say it depends on the rim size. I'd get the Pro-kit from Eibach. It drops it an inch. Thats all you really need.
