It's a honda OEM check valve. Here's a pic of one I found on the web, it probably comes from over 20 Hondas, can't remember where I got it (it's been a while).

How did you install the check valve ? Which side going to the brake booster and which one going to the IM? Also have I ever had any problems keeping the evap line plugged ?

Lazar559 wasn't here since 6 years. Maybe you better check it your self by connection it to your lips and blow into it. The direction, which accept overpressure air flow, has to align with the direction from brake booster to IM, so that only under vacuum air is pulled out of the brake booster.
