Keeping PS & AC!

ac in eg asap please

OMG anyone who has kept AC/PS on the dc/eg/ek let us know exactly what you all did! How much it cost etc...

power steering is easy. just run the line a hose to the other side..

the ac is the hardpart..involves some thinking..

The rsx line will bolt up. You just gotta bend it a little and make it fit, but it'll work.

AC is the harder part, and we don't like to think. I'm gonna think about it in a couple of days when i'm not so busy. I will eventually post up my findings.

thank you guys finally. SO whats all this blah' blah' about HYBRID-RACING making a kit if all you need to run a line...

I'm also interested about the ac kit for an EK as well.

anyone hear about this A/C yet?

i got a dumb question, where in the hell does the AC compressor go? i assume down low like the B motors w/PS on top.

What kind of part number is for that p/s line so it'll fit an eg?

This thread is old. Any premade parts? Really wouldn't mind making it easier for me.

sorry since its winter still we haven't gotten to doing the AC yet. PS was a go but we didn't wnt to mod the hood so in went the manual steering rack.

more info as it nears.

come on! we spended the whole thread just saying we all want AC/PS and not yet so far... what is this??!?! lol i WANT AC before summer...=(

no real need for a kit.. just go to your local Goodyear. They are fully capable of creating the custome lines you need for both AC and PS.

I'm ditching power steering because i don't want to mod my hood. but i'm definitely keeping AC, i hate heat.

Yeah i feel ya'. Everyone wants the shit nice and packaged for them so no thinking is required...Well if nobody posts a "kit" by May, i'll be heading over to good year because thats when i can start my swap...Wait, i just remembered i may be starting on springbreak (march 18th-29th...)I'll post my findings then.
