Ok I’m about to slap together k24z2 block with RBB head and RBC rocker arm and camshaft should I slap to together need opinions
The K24Z2 has an 10.5:1 CR, which is good. About the RBB head (same on the K24A2), which has the performance roller rockers and camshafts on board. The 36 mm intake valves (+06) are not necessary, but the +06 cams would be a little advantage. I wouldn't use the RBC camshafts, you will loose most of the torque and see their advantage just at the redline.

Definitely check out that R40 style block: deck height, valve relief depth, oil and water interfaces. Not sure if this is a direct bolt on approach.
