Have searched the manual, and online. Can't find the value for '05 K24a3. Plenty of threads on replacing knock sensors, no one mentions the proper value, many refer to hand tightening it (WTF???)

One thread actually mentioned 23 ft/lb, but that was an older K20 - don't know if it's all the same.

The other thing, the manual say .039-.043" plug gap (IZFR6K11's) - the new Honda-packaged ones I bought are at .044" & the ones I removed (worn) are at .040". .044" seems really wide to me, but I'm not familar with the Honda EMS. I did search & couldn't find any threads with NA spark plug gapping mentioned(?).

Many Thanks! What section of that manual has the spec? In the TSX manual I looked under Specifications, Ignition, Emissions & Engine.

Found a TSX service manual I forgot I had found online. If you have the same one it is in "Engine Performance", "PGM-FI System", page 197. It also has a torque spec of 23 lb ft.
