Look in my sig for more info on crank pulleys.
If high revving, I would be looking at options like fluidampr and ati dampers.
You don't necessarily want the smallest pulley. You want one that can properly dampen the harmful vibrations that occur. In that case, I wouldn't try second guessing oem dampers, I would go for a k24 damper. I figure honda is smarter than I am
