Can I just put a hose to join these together? Or should I cap them off separate?

they are both post TB, so you could connect them. But capping also works.

Thanks. What is “post tb”? Also I sopose thse are vacuum lines to something I don’t need also?

"Post tb" meaning post throttle body. Both would be sources for vacuum so they can be connected together, capped off, used for whatever else requires vacuum.

The solenoid you posted is the EVAP purge valve I believe.
