K24a2 + base tranny?

Does it bolt right up? Or are there changes I have to do. I just got a 2002 premium, and over the summer I'll be saving up for the swap. I'm just curious if I can get away without getting the 6 speed tranny as well.

Looks like 2nd gear tops out at 62mph or thereabouts?
My local autox's top out around 62mph, since engine swap pushes me into a class where the EP3 will not really be competitive, I think that a k24a2 with the regular ep3 5-speed + TSX 6th gear would work better (for me).

Thoughts? (apologies for the revive)
