k24a1 in ep3 complete

i've managed to finish my swap. i have a few questions.is there any difference between the k20a3 and k24a1 thermostates, and also i notice only one of the radiator fans comes one (passenger side) and not the other. the tempurate sits a few noches below half. can anyone help me figure out if im on the right path or did i screw up some where???

I have the same swap in my 02 ep3 that I did about 6 mos ago. I don't think the thermostats are different but I am running a mugen low temp thermostat in my ep3. I have noticed a difference with the mugen thermostat. As far as the fans cutting on I havent really paid attention to see if one or both of mine cut on. I'll check it out tomorrow an let you know. With the stock k24a1 thermostat I do recall my guage sitting about 4-5 notches below the 1/2 way point.

cool only problem i have right now is the passenger side axel has a mount that bolts onto the motor, for some reason the axel is all the way in but the mount doesnt line up properly
I want to do this swap and this thread has been very informative so far. I'd like to know more about this axle problem though. and if there is a simple solution.

I am planing to do a complete K-pro though.
