It is one of the best flowing heads according my measurements. The only drawback of it is it has no counter spring bracket to control the lost motion of the high speed cam follower. Therefore it is for non-VTEC projects a very good start point. You need to design a bolt like bracket, which can be adjusted in height and delivers enough stiffness to stand the oscillation of spring force, which would loosen the thread in the thread bore. Welding would be a key.

@Bjorn, I've checked yesterday in the workshop on the heads the situation with the PPA head, which has no lost motion spring assembly. There is not much material to bolt a spring bracket in. An approach could be to weld something there and bore it accordingly. To bore heads on unknown coolant structure areas is always an try and error thing. Welding could lower the risk of leaks creating but could introduce material tensions which lead to brake the head somewhere under heat load while engine operation.

Right on. I have stopped using paypal because the report to the IRS making what we sell as income. Even if you buy a part legit by credit card online, then decide you do not want it and sell it it is reported as income. I only sell parts by pick up now.
