If i am running a stock K24A CRV engine with a Type S tranny. What ECU would i need to run? Does the CRV come in stick shift, and does it matter to the ecu if the tranny is 6 speed?

No it doesn't matter to the ECU if the tranny is 6 speed.

You would need hondata K pro. You could get it running with a type R ecu of a flashed type S ecu but it would not be running right.
