All of the head heights between k series are the same.What hood are you trying to clear? Most k24 swaps need the hood shimmed at the rear brackets to clear the engine.

The hood won't clear in an EG? I guess it's definetly not clearing in my EK...

why does the head and block have to be jdm, i dont' reallly see alot of people importing k24s

It doesnt matter where the block came from they r all the same.....Its usually the head that makes the difference if am not mistaken...Also about the hood clearance on the k24 how do u rectify that situation...I have a k24 building for my 96 civic coupe...

K24a2 Tsx engine in an EK using Avid mounts.Great all around clearance.

And not so bad oil pan clearance either...
