yea but i dont want to underdrive the alternator or the water pump, their is a reason y honda made it bigger, if it didnt matter they would of put the k20, i think am just going to get the ep3 pulley setup and call it a day, just to be safe
looking for proper length for K24 with A/C & ep3 idler pulley (no power steering) & K24 crank pulley :facepalm:
edit: 65.8" belt (66.5" OD) part # 658K6 or 4060658. the next closest would be 66" (66.75" OD) 4060660.
I had 4060663 which worked for several months but recently started slipping BAD because the belt is a little too big. I have standard ep3 now 4060653 (65.3") & its too short & too tight on the tensioner & pulley
Bumping a great thread. I have a jdm k24A, swapped the water passage, new alternator, new tensioner, k-tuned idler pulley...I lost the k-tuned belt. Got the K070500 that the MR2 guys use but I guess I need the k20 crank pulley or a 52" as it's too short.
Edit- Looks like a 7PK1325 will work for me. K-tuned lists a 7PK1320 replacement.
Dayco 5060520, or 520K6 from Autozone (6 rib).
