I am curious as to the parts and what exactly is needed to make this happen? What head gasket and do i need to run any oil lines or anything of that matter? What head bolts ect...?

I don't really see a point to doing this since the heads (iirc) are almost the same ... with exceptions to the cams. since you're not gonna be revving about 7-7500 anyway, no point, imo

I don't think he is talking about a K24A2 from a TSX, but a K24A4 from a less powerful CRV or something. A K20A2 or K20A head on one of these blocks will make more power than the stock head.

Use the CRV head gasket, it's cheaper than the RSX-S. You can get two CRV's for the price of 1 RSX-S gasket. The water/coolant passages all line up, AND you won't have to bore out the gasket since it is already 87mm (RSX-S = 86mm). Unless of course you're going overbore on the K24.
