Ok I'm building a a3 vtec killer (with a k24a1 head) with a type r crank and type s pistons. I'm guessing my cr is goin to b around 11.5:1. I know that 93 octane will b ok run with that but I was considering decking and milling the head to 30 thousandths. I know this will change my cr, but Idk to what. Let's say 12.5:1 would 93 octane b ok and if so what would b my limit? 93 is the only thing readily available that I know of around my area.

Well its type s cams and valve train. I was under the impression that stock v.t., cams, rods and pistons meant no p2v clearance issues. Even with the head milled it shouldn't b a problem with the oem parts I'm using.

Your starting compression will be 11:1 with type s pistons. You are using a k24a1 head which has the same combustion chamber as a k20a2. For the sake of simple math, if you remove .03 from the head, which is the normal thickness of a head gasket, you get 11.97:1.

you should be fine on pump gas, although i wouldn't mill the head.
