I have a K24 accord, I am looking at possibly putting K20A3 cams in my motor. I'm told the K20A3 has more aggressive cams than the K24A4. However, acording to the shop manuals, both motors have the same lobe heights on all the lobes. They still have different part numbers though. CRV and Accord share the same part number for cams.

I'm told having the same lobe height doesn't necessarily mean both cams have the same profile, lobe height affects lift but not duration. But even in that case, does it pretty much mean that there won't be a big power difference between the two cams? I posted on several forums and can't seem to find a complete answer. Please help.
