it depends on what tire you run and how traction is for you.on my old integra turbo setupi never shredded gears.now on my hatchy i run big 26x9.5 hoosier qtp street tires and my tranny last about 2 months maybe before it shreds 4th gear driving the car a couple times a week.i would love a ppg gear set but i cant put out that kind of cash right now.hope this helps
