Hi im looking for advice ive just had my K20a2 on the dyno it made 230bhp, its looking like the injectors are running over 80% so im looking at fitting a bigger set the question is should i go for a bigger throttle body?
the current spec is
k20a2
RBC Manifold
Skunk2 drop in cams
Gruppe M airbox
4-2-1 manifold
3” exhaust
Kpro.

Secondly ive ordered some thermal gaskets, there anything else worth fitting before I get it mapped again?

if you like a decent throttle response and controllability at low loads, no bigger TB.
they hardly make a difference at that level, but cause issues with drivability and they often tend to stick after a while.

You know, the thicker the IM gasket, the more offset the flow axis of the head and IM will become?

To make it clear for me, the engine made 230 bhp (= rated at flywheel) with the S2 DIC and a 4-2-1 exhaust setup? How much over 80 % injector duty cycle we are speaking about? Would be great to see an WOT log and the calibration.

If I had a look into the log and calibration, I may could see potentials.
