dude, the shorty type s header will work, race header will not. As for the type r manifold, you may need to do some cutting to account for the coolant port on the head on the z3 and not on the a2. To fool the secondary o2 (without k-pro) search for casper killer on ephatch, its a $3 part from any car part store that does the trick
