Wuts up fellas

Im selling a K20A2 Longblock.

This includes head, oilpan, valve cover, no manifolds. I have to check up with the shop for the full inventory of what parts are included, but basicallly anything that youd REALLY need(to swap into an already k-series equipped vehicle) is included as you can use the a3 intake manifold and Tb if i cant find them. The motor was originally overrevved by a type s and i have it now. The head needs about 300-400 dollars of machining. (thats what ive been quoted, you can probably get it done cheaper if you know a shop really well or if you own a shop lol) and the block needs two fresh pistons. It needs 2 valves(although frankly, id get a whole new set..itd be like starting with a brand new motor) i believe, but those are cheap. The motor is completely apart and will be shipped that way. Its easier to replace the missing parts that way anyway. The motor has approx 36k orginal miles. The actual block itself is in great condition, just needs to be cleaned up since its been chilling collecting dust for a while. Comes with balanced crank, oil squirters, and all that k20a2 jazz :mangel: .

heres the deal. I want 1300 + shipping OBO. Feel free to PM me with offers and such. I wanted to build it up for boost, but ive decided to go a different direction. Sooooo, im passing up this great deal for you guys.

heres a couple of pics. Notice the welds on the head. They were professionally done by a well known shop here in florida. The head is FULLY REPAIRABLE.

The head looks really damaged in this pic, but remember its has welds on it to ease in the process of machining. The actual damage was SMALL, but the welds help make the head easier to machine. Ive been quoted for about 300 to get it fixed...I have no hook ups so you can probably get it done alot cheaper. I have more pics if needed.

heres a picture of the pretty valvetrain

let me know if your interested guys...I was going to build this up, but i dont want to go k20a2 boost...too broke lol. The block is BEGGING to be put to use again. I just dont have the time/money to go through with my original plans :(

Why would you even try to sell a blown out head like that? I can't think of any machine shop who would even waste thier time with a mess like that. For the time and money required to fix it you could get one with zero damage and lower miles. Save everyone the trouble and give it away for free to whoever purchases the block.

Well the head has been welded on...like i said the damage was small, but the welds make it look alot greater.

Ive been quoted by various machine shops on the head, so i know its repairable. It just needs more TLC than other heads.

I might have a local buyer for the full shabang...ill let you guys know whats up if he falls through

Either way thanks for the bump
