i am currently running a k20a2 in my crx w/3 pulley setup. If i go s/c, can i still run a similar setup with the s/c pulley and the other 3 and not run a manual tensioner? or is it absolutely positively needed?? thanks guys

well to make the swap fit under the hood i can use the ep3 tensioner. do i absolutely need a tensioner tho? or can i stick with my setup now with the added pulley for s/c and just make sure the tension is tight enough?
