MY k20a revs only up to 4000 rpm and i thought it was the tps sensor, so i replaced it and it is still only letting rev up to 4000 rpm any one know what it is?

Is this a JDM? If so you will need to either install the VTEC oil pressure sensor, or strap a resistor across a couple of pins on the ECU - presuming it's a PRB.

I have the jdm swap and i used all the dc5 dash and engine wiring on my ef. I have a check engine light because of the 02 sensors, the air box and also i do not know what is the metal wire that runs from the oil pan up because it was broken. Also my tps was broken but i fix it, I thought that was the problem but is not. I can drive the car but only can take it to 4000 rpm every gear so it tops off at 70 mph. I just want to feel the ivtec

fix your check engine lights. cant expect miracles with error codes, their there for a reason so you dont fuck something up.
