Ive been looking into doing this swap for a min now never messed with a k series ive Frankensteined my teggy before n now i wana do it with my crv but i want a little more insight before I do so im planning on putting a type r head on my k24 block from an 02 crv AWD 5speed what all do I need in order to make this work? I wana make about 250 to 300hp all motor

You'll need k-pro, aftermarket cams and hi compression pistons for 300hp plus supporting mods like intake, header, injectors
