The only thing scaring about this swap is the wiring in the engine bay...I think k20 offers a wirring that plug and play but i don't know if tghe whole swap is plug and play. Also all the coolent hoses how can I know where they go.
K20 series swap into 98 hatch
I know the FAQ's but how long will it take me to do the engine and tranny swap so it be going on its way and what all will I exactly need??

Does the engine bay wirring of a ek connect direct into the plug ins of a K20.
Thank you very much for clearing that up for me. 
Why needed a new clutch and flywheel?
