I do not no any personally who went over 87 mm on a 212.1 mm block (= block height of K20A2). Maybe drag racers did it? Honda recommends only to go 2 times +0.5 mm for both, the 231.5 mm and the 212.1 mm block.

Honda itself only suggest 0.25mm overbore. 0.5mm is common.
I and others went to 87mm, so 1mm over. I have read that some even went to 87.5 mm for a track motor with a planned short rebuild intervall.
