Well i know that you have to use and RSX tranny to mount any k motor in any older car and that kinda sucks b/c I was thinking of using the k24 gearing. I just want to change the 2nd gear from type s to tsx b/c its a much more linear ratio. I know the rsx s gear ratio gets cut about in 1/2 when going from 1st - 2nd. SOOO
I was wandering what all parts from the tsx tranny would I need to put the tsx 2nd gear in my type s tranny. I know some of the bearings are probably different, but what all parts would I need???? I am thinking of putting a quaife or some sort of lsd in my tranny and I was going to put all new bearings and syncro's along with the lsd and the 2nd gear change.
