Looking at upgrades to my 2018 Si and i'm hearing all about K-Tuners, but still have no real idea what they are. Yes, to many this is elementary but i'm new here... thoughts? Does it boost power? Worth it?

Yes those are very basic questions. Did you check their website Flash tool spec, see here: 06-11 Civic Si – KTuner, LLC? The KTuner is able to cover almost the same features as Hondata FPro does it. But the access is definitely very restrictive, as they run a different customer strategy. So your tuner need an access key also. Remote tuning isn't possible with it in any ways, only live tuning via remote screen works well.

If flashpro is available for your car that would be the better solution. Hondata has it figured out quite well.
