Hey guys,
I`m pretty sure the wiring harness wiring is slightly different on my JDM Type R DC5.

I have the AEM Series 2 ECU and flashed the Base K20A2 Tune.

However, the car starts and dies within 10 seconds.

I think it's not firing up the injectors or something? Not too sure.

Or am i suppose to change a pin on the harness for the AEM to work?

i have the same problem with you...someone told me that i have to change a wire on the harness to make the fuel pump work...this problem is because aem ems series2 is for acura rsx type-s and not for the jdm...to put it on jdm you have to do some changes on the harness but i don't know what...if anyone knows please give as an answer...

Actually, i got my car working last night. You don't have to REPIN! :)

What i did was inside AEM Tuner, i changed the E1 Output of fuel pump. To the E10 output. I think it was under the Others cat, Set the E10 pin to Fuel pump. and the car started straight away.

I can send screenshots later if you like. This shoudl really help someone with a JDM DC5 and wants to run the AEM ECU :)

I mean they only have a pin in every single slot on every plug! lmao usdm ep3 JDM k20a Using JDM harness cause it's long enough and I'm not a moron 😀🙌😱😆👏👏 one thing left to solve whys my throttle geeking out in aem tuner?.. Thanks smart JDM Dudes 👍

As we don't talk about a DBW TB, when talking about AEM Tuner (= AEM Series 2) I assume it to be the TPS which makes your TB looking like to geek out. Did you test another one for comparison or does your TB stick in a certain position?

Yeah I believe you are right, flip the outer two wires? Can't this be done in aem tuner also? It was at 100% but tried to calibrate it in aemt, now it's kinda flickering in the 30s and 40s. No I left original jdm so far. Still have a3 if fried

Do you have a log or log picture of it? Just to understand better what you mean.

Not exactly what I am looking for, but interesting setup. TPS minimum voltage is 4.88 and maximum 5.08 V. To make that functioning right the minimum should be somewhere at 0.45 V and the maximum around 4.5 V. Are you aware of the calibration process of the TPS in the AEM Tuner SW?
