The usdm ecu isnt just a fuel pump control type immob. unit..it disables much of the ecu functions.No way to bypass it.It needs to see the correct signal.

Which turbo timer is it?

The basic wiring instructions will be all that you need.If you are bypassing the pump relay,than it should be no problem.If the ecu is in the original car,it should not be a problem either.With the type r ecu,the only thing the ecu prevents from working is the fuel pump relay.It is still getting an ignitoin switch signal to turn on,so wiring the turbo timer will be the same....no immobilizer problems.

Hi ,

yes I have the original immobilizer , the one that has the led on the dash board with the key signal in green light .. and i am considering the hks or greddy turbo timer .. but what i am asking is that for subarus they have an extra wiring cable that they buy without cutting any wires .. is it available for CTR type R 2002

Nice Idea .. anyone has the diagram for this wiring ... because I want to do it without any help of a tuner ..

By the way, what kind of signal can we get out the ECU ?? or is there any kind of connection that we can connect to read real data from the ecu ??
