I got the complete engine and wire harness but no tranny or ECU. I found it on car-parts.com there are a bunch more on there for 1750.

Where you plannin on getting a tranni. I was lookin at the deals ont he k24a2 's without trannis... was lookin for trannis on car-parts and everyone was asking for atleast 1500+ just for tranni.... I guess thats not that bad.. would be nice to find somethign for 1000 or under...
