I bought one used from this board.

My AF readings via KPRO manager are running lean. My spark plugs say I am running rich. I havent driven it, just let it idle. No error codes being read.

This is my old RSX-S Primary O2, Numbers aren't the same as yours...Don't remember mine being that long either.

That's from a verified working Swapped car as well.

18in long thats strange mine wasnt that long and the part number was 192400-1091

Some people extend them for the specific header! They sell O2 extenders!
