make sure the belt is going the right way over the pump pulley. leave the car running for a bit not to overheat then. turn it off. add more antifreeze to it to top it off because air could be in the system....then make sure there arent anyleaks.....then holla back at me man!!!typer0186 said:I thought it was a bad thermostat so I changed it out for a new one. Could this be a bad waterpump? causing the thermostat not to open?
If the waterpump does not work, does it block the water from going to the thermostat?
