can someone clear up hybrid racings instructions. I have read them all and I still dont know what to do with the red, white, and blue wires that are on my harness. Also it talks about grounding wires in the plug to the ecu for a obd1 w/ k pro. It dosent say how to ground it. Do you cut them and ground them to the chassis or what. Anyone that has done the swap with that harness want to simplify this for me? thanks.

The blue wire goes to the temp sensor for the gauge cluster, white wire goes to the master cylinder, for the brake light at the cluster, red wire gets tapped back into the wire at pin b10 of the factory K series ecu harness.

The wires specified for ground, are from the chassis harness, for the original ecu plugs. The pins specified need to be cut from the ecu plug, tied into each other and grounded to the chassis. All of the wires specified that need to route into each other (non ground wires) are also from the original( non K series) ecu plug.Cut the wire at the ecu plug, and route it into the specified wire.
You do not need to modifiy any of the hybrid harness or K series harness, besides tapping into B10 for charge indicator light.
