Hey all I have a K20a ITR motor swapped in EM2 civic. I am using the hybrid racing harness and I am having an O2 sensor problem. First of all, one of the prongs in the O2 connector clip corroded and disappeared, it looks like water or something got in there and shorted it or something. So I hard wired the sensor in, but in Kpro diagnostics, it is saying my AF is 30!! I am obviously running in open loop and i verified with my friends AEM wideband that my AF is at a safe 13-14. Could my sensor be wired in wrong, or could there be a problem with the harness or the relay that comes with it? I just wanna be sure before i trade an arm and a leg for a new sensor. I tried switching the 2 black wires but no difference. Also if I got a new RSX-S primary, would the pins need any modification or would it just plug in to the HR harness?

Maybe you have wired white and green lambda-wires wrong? Then you get maximum lambda readings all the time (about 32). Try to switch place between white & green.
The two black wires is just +12VDC and - to the lambda pre-heater, the polarity doesent mather.

I tried this, and it worked!! Thanks for the advice man! Hybrid racing messed up the wiring on the O2 clip on the conversion harness. Connect the 2 black wires as usual, but connect the green on the O2 to the white on the harness and the white on the O2 to the blue on the harness. Works like a charm!
