We don't have a release date yet but it’s not far away.

You will need to modify the rear cross member, remove the passenger side mount and remove the front mount.

As of now there will be no welding and you will not need to replace the front cross member. This may change for the actual production piece.

A few things that we noticed was that the alternator will need to be mounted lower and you will need to relocate the brake lines on the shock tower.

The clutch actuation has been resolved and as of now you will not be able to use the stock speedometer.

Here are a few picks of the hybrid racing CRX with a TSX engine. Remember this motor sits about 20mm higher than a 2.0L K motor.

We have since changed the angle of the motor slightly.

Couple questions...

1. What kind of rear crossmember mod's are we talking about? Does this concern the location of the rear mount or some type of notching to clear the manifold/motor?

2. Assuming that you guys have been pursuing some type of mount kit which will use the stock driver mount, will you be offering a weld in mount kit which gives a cleaner, less bulky appearance (I use the term "bulky" lightly)?

3. As far as the alternator relocation, why is this? Is it having some contact issue with the headlight or subframe? Will this be something resolved easily? Basically, any details about this you can provide?

4. By release date not too far away...what does this basically mean in terms of months?

5. Do you feel the K20A is going to fit under my SiR front end (hood clearance)?

The only problem with the U.S. crx/civic gauge cluster is the cable driven speedo.Everything else works fine.YOu can swap the cluster for the JDM cluster, which is electronic,or swap in any other cluster from a 92-01 Civic/Integra.
