I'm in the middle of this right now and was wondering wth to do about the oil cooler - the k24a4 has no tap - I've heard of s2000 part but never seen a picture so thanks - i understand it now!

What size allen key do you need to remove the plug? What size socket for the oil cooler center bolt?

I'm planning on using the z3 oil cooler and water pump - looks like it will bolt right up..

so far so good - what do i torque the cooler joint to?

I checked the helms for the s2000 but it's not part of the engine lubrication or cooling system diagrams - it's picture but not labeled and there is no mention of "cooler joint" or anything like it...

Best guess? 16 lb/ft? 24?

I have a question, how do you remove the joint where the oil cooler is suppose to go?

Pretty sure i got a socket that fit it - i had to go pick it up tho it was huge like 32mm or something?

You are supposed to torque it to spec..
