I'm in the middle of this right now and was wondering wth to do about the oil cooler - the k24a4 has no tap - I've heard of s2000 part but never seen a picture so thanks - i understand it now!

What size allen key do you need to remove the plug? What size socket for the oil cooler center bolt?

I'm assuming that when you say"z1" this would also apply to Z3 parts?

I believe the z3 water pump is different. I'm not sure if all of the z3 parts are compatible. I know a2 and z1 parts will work because they are identical.
hmmm, darn.what's the reason for using the A2 water pump on K24's?I'm already going to add the oil cooler to my K24,just wondering if it's worthwhile to switch water pumps and for what reason.

you could just do an external cooler, but oem is oem. Only reason I did it. Keeping it clean.

I checked the helms for the s2000 but it's not part of the engine lubrication or cooling system diagrams - it's picture but not labeled and there is no mention of "cooler joint" or anything like it...

Best guess? 16 lb/ft? 24?
