how to recognize a Type R cam

Can anyone tell me how i can recognize a type R cam. I wan to buy a set but i want to be sure i am not scammed and given Type S cams.... pls anyone ?

I believe there is no way to tell visually because they bare no distinguishable outward markings on them.

Only ways i know of identifying them are thru measuring the duration (they share the same gross lift), or the part#'s listed on the boxes they come in:

ITR Cams:
14110-PRC-000 Intake cam JDH 22.11.20

14120-PRC-000 Exhaust Cam JDH 22.11.25
