Hi all, I'm from the UK and I own an EG civic which is very much track orientated. Here are a few pics :)

This is at Spa in Belgium! Awesome track!

I currently have a 96spec JDM B18C in the bay which I must say is serving me well on the track. However, I've been considering a K swap for some time now for various reasons. However I'm having a hard time to convince myself to spend the best part of a £4/5K to do the swap myself. £7k to pay for a local Honda specialist to do it.

I remain N/A and is it worth the extra 30/40whp? Few people I've spoke to who went from the B18C to the K have said it was worth every penny but I'm still in two minds. I've been around the forums a while reading builds etc, I'm becoming more and more interested but still need convincing perhaps.

Anyways, hi :)

Clean car! Welcome to the forum

In terms of the swap you might want to talk to Ian at Clockwise Motion, He is also in the UK and very knowledgeable when it comes to the K Series.

best firm mattress

best firm mattress
What feels extra firm to you might not feel firm at all to someone else, because comfort is subjective. Your weight is also a factor. A heavier person will experience a mattress differently than a lighter person. The important thing is to determine if a firm mattress will give you a good night’s sleep and how firm of the one you need. Your sleep style, overall health, age, and other factors should also influence your decision.
