hey im a local on hondatech and recently found this website and glad i did. I blew my motor last year and was gonna go turbo like everyone else but then saw how everyone loved the k20 and im loving it now. I decided to forget about the b series and am going k series. I have a dc2 itr and was looking around on here and was wondering if anyone has figured out or fabricted ways to still have power steering and a/c also. I would really love to get the k20r and was wondering how much these go for? Thanks for getting me addicted to this its awesome all the setups you guys have :up: .

wel "K" ome to the K!!! to answer your questions no you cant have p/s as of now, a/c you can with custom lines, and a k20a-r would probably run you a minimum of $5500+, im having everything done right now by Hybrid-Racing and they are gonna make my custom lines for the a/c :up:

thanks......im sure eventually there will be someone out there who fabricates something....def post pics of your a/c when it is done too.....is it worth getting the k20 r or just a the rsx type s motor?(i dont know what the code is for it).

you can deinifetly have power steering i have seen it done plenty of times. and if you plan to build it up A2, if you just want to throw it in and forget it then get the A

i guess you can have p/s now, even though im building up my k20a, i still went with the R just cause im a TYPE-R freak!!! and i cant stand having nothing but the best , sorry for the cocky statement but its true, and plus i figured the extra compression and the better gearing would help out and plus you get to sell everything you take off :up: so in my opinion if you can afford the R, GET IT!!!!

p/s is accually the easy part. a/c will take alittle more effort. either way they both can be kept.

Yea that guy has power steering hooked up........for the a/c i guess someone has to custom bend all the lines and stuff??? i def want the k20 R for my itr just like stated i am a type r freak too. thanks for all the responses guys , also where is a good place to buy the k20r from?
