Question.. Long story short my TPS is shot on my K20A2 TB.. Can i replace my entire TB with a 05-06 K20AZ1 TB? Is der any differences? Or did the TB remain the same during K20A2 to K20Z1 change over?

I believe they are the same. You could cross reference the oem part numbers to be sure...

Some how the complete tb assembly has a different part #, but I would believe they're the same.

Diameter wise yes. Don't feel special upgrading to a type s tb

They have subtle differences such as the "towers" that the PCV gets screwed down to and also one of the vacuum hoses is a smaller diameter. IIRC it also gets connected to the PCV. I'd have to go and look at it to be sure. Diameter is the same though.
