I keep seeing swaps with the engine sitting realy high. Are these hasport mounts or will the hasport mounts keep everything under the hood? Whats up with the speedometer, can the stock one read it or will a aftermarket one need to be purchased? How low does the engine sit? I am thinking about the k24, how much taller is it than the k20's?

well, the k24 is 19mm taller than a k20, and a k20 barely fits under an SiR style hood, so my guess is no, it doesnt fit

I wouldn't say the engine sits really high, it's that the engine bay is really short. Our kit when it's out will allow you to put the K20 under an SiR style hood. To lower it to clear the stock hood would leave very little ground clearance. It might look like a sleeper but you would have to granny it around to keep the oilpan intact.
