I'm running one and it works like a charm. There's 2 parts to it, the main harness and a little sub-harness for the plugs located on the driver side firewall.
It's straight up plug n' play, but its up to you to tidy up the wiring with wire loom & zip ties for a clean look, and you'll have to make your own charge/battery to starter harness which isn't hard to do.
There's just some minor splicing work you need to do; tapping into about 5 wires off your existing EG underdash harness in order for your gauge cluster to work correctly and have fuel pump activation.
I fully recommend this harness, altho I'm sure the Hasport & Hybrid-racing harnesses are just as swell..
